First, we will talk by phone to talk about your interest in counseling and see if we might work well together. This brief 15-20 minute call is complementary. If we both agree to move forward, we can schedule an initial visit. Before our first meeting, I will send you a link to register with a privacy protected tele-health platform. Here, you will find all the forms to review & complete before we get started. I can help you each step of the way.

My rate is $140/60 minute session and $180/85 minute session.

I do not bill insurance at this time. But wait! You may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance company for "out of network" services. Let's talk more about this process together.

I also offer limited sliding scale appointments.

As long as you are physically located in the state of Washington, I can see you via tele-health. I primarily use zoom but may suggest another platform for remote EMDR clients.
