Cancer Recovery

Support for everyone

Cancer touches every type of person: young and old, rich and poor, educated by life or by traditional institutions. And yet each stage of the path - no matter who you are - is often ripe with upheaval, intensity, and pervasive uncertainty.

Whether you are experiencing the effects of sustained fear and anxiety, sorting through changes in identity or personal relationships, or struggling with how to navigate the unknowns and uncertainties of the future - I can offer you support and guidance through any part of the process.

  • New diagnosis: adjusting to a new diagnosis can be messy and surreal, involving elements of shock, overwhelm, fear, and even dissociation.

  • Living With Cancer: for some people, treatment is an ongoing part of life. Figuring out how to live a meaningful life with cancer, while not being defined by it, requires support and attention.

  • Recovery: Many people find that when they complete treatment for cancer, the real emotional work begins. Far from feeling done, there is often a sense of being groundless, unmoored, not back to normal, and not yet healed.

  • Caregivers: If you care about someone living with cancer, chances are you are carrying a lot: changing roles, intense emotions, postponed personal needs, or feelings of powerlessness.

Your experience is unique.

You don’t have to go through it alone.
