Individual psychotherapy and EMDR for adults
All are welcome
Something needs to change, that’s why you’re here. You may be hurting. You may be stuck. You may need help making important decisions or navigating a difficult time of life. You may have lived through traumatic experiences. You may feel burdened by powerful feelings, negative thoughts, or unhelpful relationships.
No matter who you are, you have the capacity to heal and change. Therapy can be a place to grow that potential, learn new skills, and test out new possibilities.
I believe we all have the capacity to connect with a deeper sense of our humanity. Whether that be though connection with others, developing a greater understanding of our own mind or patterns of behavior, exploring awareness of the physical body, or opening to the mystery of spirit - all parts of you are welcome in this work.
I enter into each therapeutic relationship with this belief. Open to discovery. Holding on to hope. Using every resource I’ve learned to support you in the path forward.

The Therapist
I am an independent clinical social worker, licensed in the state of Washington. For the last 12 years, my work has been in health care, serving patients and families in oncology, palliative care, and long term care settings. In my counseling practice, I savor the gift of working with individuals in greater depth - combining my clinical and therapeutic skills to support each client in a personal way.
My therapeutic approach is one of open inquiry, offering a non-judgmental, values-based process that draws upon multiple techniques and modalities. I am a lifelong learner, motivated to help you explore meaning and purpose in your life at every stage.
“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”
- Ralph Waldo Emerson
